[Gameplay] Orianna Buffered R + Ultimate Hat

If you buffer Orianna's R directly after a Q, however not a Q+W+R buffer, just the Q+R, ultimate hat will not register the R. This was with quick cast with indicators enabled for all abilities. This was discovered in an ARAM match where I used R 4-5 times but only got 9% reduction from ultimate hat. I then went to a custom aram with same runes, starting items, and summoners to figure out what caused it, there I reproduced the bug twice. After that, I went to practice tool to confirm that it is not howling abyss specific.

TL;DR Orianna's R won't stack ultimate hat if it is buffered during a Q.

Edit: for a step by step to reproduce, just get lvl 6 on Orianna, press Q, and press R before the ball finishes travelling, I was able to reproduce the bug in practice tool by loading up, leveling to 6, and putting a level into Q and R, without purchasing any items, so it isn't some weird interaction with tear stacking.
