Kicked from lobby during champ select.

I am going into champion select in ranked, one time It wasn't my pick another time it was by pick and my timer still had 20 seconds on it before I was moved to the lobby and penalized for not selecting a champion. The second time it wasn't even my pick it was someone on the other team and I was 2 picks away from selecting, I was dropped from the lobby, 30 minute wait timer (ontop of the 5 I just received and penalized -10 LP)

now I'm -13 lp.
