patch 6.1 champion select (it turns black)

When i go on to the champion select and change my summoner spells the screen turns dark and i cant choose the champion or close the league tab and it sometimes just happens even if i dont change a summoner spell

I am also experiancing this issue. I dodged once already, and cannot dodge again without a sever penalty. Screen turns dimmed, I cannot use the chat, I am unable to choose Masteries, or Rune Pages. I believe it is occuring after selecting the summoner skill.
