queue bug

I was in a lobby and for some reason the lobby kicked me out, in the lobby our team even said in chat that the timer was set to 0 for the enemy team for like 20 seconds then it kicked me out. when i tried to join another lobby i was banned for 5 minutes and nothing even happened
