I had bought Runann's Hurricane while playing Vayne the other evening and I noticed that when you auto attack in a group that her W - Silver Bolts doesn't stack as an "on-hit" effect like any other ADC does. Is there a reason for this or is there a glitch with Vayne and this item because all other ADC's effects (for example, twitch's poison, ashe's slow, caitlyn's headshot, Jinx's basic auto and rockets). I was just wondering to know for sure!
Only one target can have silver bolt stacks at a time. It is coded so with hurricane the target Vayne is directly attacking gets the bolt.
Because it only stacks on HER target. You'll notice that if you switch targets, you lose the silver bolt stacks yes? Now, if it tried to do that with Ruunans, you'd never ever get silver bolts to proc. Plus it would be even more broken levels of damage than she already has, but that's another topic.

This is working as intended.
How come all other ADC auto attacks proc their respective passives? I understand that Silver Bolts would be very strong then but it's not like the other ADCs aren't ridiculous with Runaan's as it is, especially looking at Twitch and Jinx. Ashe's Q also has dumb damage with it as well.
