After the update myself and many other players I know have been experiencing awful microlag. Lasting a second, and occurring about every 10-15 seconds. Its gotten me killed so many times.

THIS! I have never had these before but today every game like holy crap its annoying
constantly. everyone upvote and comment until they address it.
same here couldn't see Draven's auto attacks in my game also, I had literally the same issues game Micro lags all 10-30 seconds unplayable. (does not seem to effect everybody) (I have a 2080ti)
Had same problem with fps drops, only after this patch. I have a 1080 and 32 GB RAM. I'm commenting on everything involving this so we can stop teleporting around the rift unintentionally.
I have a maxed out PC and I never had a dropped frame pre-season update, Now the freezes 2 sec every 15 seconds. Basically unplayable now.

100%. Never happens in TFT. I get it every single time something sudden happens, like Alistar E's in my last game (which as a result, I never actually see), your screen stops for a second or two. 100-200FPS and 50 ping the whole time, never changes, but I never see anything sudden... and just walking around, as you say, every 10-15 seconds or so, my screen will freeze for 1-2 seconds.
The game is literally unplayable. And it didn't start with the last patch, but the patch before it, a week and a half ago.
This same exact thing happens to me on SR ever since the latest patch. It makes the game very hard to play.
Yes. I also have this issue.
On medium settings, my laptop averages 150 fps,
on low settings, my latop averages 200300fps in game.
However, I am getting severe fps drops every 1020second or so.
My latop is 4700hq // 16gb ram // 770m // windows 10 pro. I never had this issue before the pre-season update. Please fix this riot.
