Glitching out in ranked, new bug?

Hello, So this game started off great, well kinda, it was a strong start.

Then the game started acting weird. It started by acting like lag, and it became weirder and weirder. So I restarted my client, not a big deal, I'd be a little behind but overall fine. So please watch the video and all I ask is you try to resolve the issue that happened and for my team to have a loss forgiven.
