Random Disconnection on Solo/Duo Queue in Champion Selection

When i was in champion selection, it disconnected me and gave me two options: to shutdown the client or restart the client. I chose to restart it, thinking it would reconnect me to the champion select. Instead, the client completely restarted again. When I login in again, the penalty of dodging the game was active. >.<
