Champ. Select Bug

Was in a champion select lobby, I was first pick for my team. Was waiting for their last pick to ban (I am 110% sure it said "An enemy summoner is banning", and given they didn't have a 3rd ban, I'm also 110% sure he didn't actually ban.

I was ready to hop into another queue as it was apparent this guy was AFK, but it somehow ended up making ME dodge (and thus losing LP and getting a queue cooldown).

I don't think there's any way to replicate this, but I can assure you this happened exactly as described.
