Store not loading? Cannot spectate games?

Can anyone here help me.

When I try to open the store it says: "An error is preventing your store request from being processed at this time." Or "Session expired" I have tried repairing the client, rebooting, everything listed under the help pages and nothing is working.

In addition every time I try to spectate a game I get a "Cannot connect to server error" or I manage to get into the game and no one is moving.

I have reported both of these with support tickets, but the reply I get is just a copy paste of the support website. When I tell them they do not work they say they will send it to the technical department and close the ticket without it being resolved.

I would really like to get this fixed I have missed several skin sales and cannot spectate at all. Riot seems to not care so I am hoping someone here can help.
