[Gameplay] Nami Speed boost.

I was messing around in a bot game and I found that Namis passive speed buff tooltip didnt match her actual speed boost given. I found that this would happen when I bought Ionian Boots of Lucidity, if I sold them the bug went away. With only the boots and 15AP from runes I would have 380 movement speed, and the passive would state that she gives 60 +2.97 movement speed (which totals 443) but when I used my E on myself she went up to 437 speed, not 443.
