Loading Card Borders?

I got the Jayce border from spending my MSI tokens and i got the icon (even though i already had it) but the border isnt loading, i dont know if i can even equip it or it just appears like the project skin ones. I load games without the chromas, with the chromas, but it hasnt shown.
