NEED HELP:I WON my 3rd game in PROMO and I was DEMOTED!

I won my 3rd game in promo series yesterday afternoon (11/6/2019 EST) and the score was not reflected right away. But I had 1 win, 1 loss, 1 win, so I know I should be promoted successfully. Afterwards I played another rank game, and I lost it due to troll teammates, but the system said I was DEMOTED! basically my last wnning promo game was not even counted!

I have submitted a ticket to the customer service however they say all game data including match history and rank score are lost in their end last night so they cannot do anything. However this is not true, because all my match history are showing correctly on my user interface so it means the back-end data for match history is correctly stored! All they need to do is to correct my rank level and LP based on the match history.

I am trying to get to Gold by end of season, I should be at Silver 2, 0 lp however i am currently at Silver 3, 67 LP!! Yes this means I need to play at least 4 games, assuming all winning to get to where I should be, sometimes it takes 8 to 10 games.

The customer service refer me to the board, saying he cannot do anything for me, unless there are more people paying attention to this case. Please help and raise the voice. Thank you!
