[Aram] ToA/Raptor Cloak

Don't know how to do the reports or anything. Just gonna put this here because I'm sure someone will make sure it gets taken care of.

When you try to build In the build tree currently on Aram [NA] It has as part of it. However you cannot buy it via Gold. You can however if you have the Gold for the full item. I don't know if anyone else knows or has tried. Thanks
