GAMEPLAY CRASH AND BUG

So i was just doing jungler things, heading to dragon, when my game crashed. "Dang. Oh well, no prob. Reconnect." i think to myself.

I reconnect fine within 10 seconds or so, and then realize after a bit that: "Holy hell! I can not see my teammates! At all!"I even saw ashe's ice arrows firing out of nothing at one point. i could see the enemy team fine, but not my teammates. Weird stuff.

Disconnecting and reconnecting again fixed the problem, but for a few minutes there, it was really disconcerting.

Attached a screencap. You can clearly see ALL my teammates portraits are alive, and even see that ashe and garen are talking in chat, but the actual character models are nowhere to be seen.
