[GAMEPLAY] Kayle heal is broken when cast on other champions

It doesn't factor in windseekers blessing or bonus AP, it just heals the base 240 (at level 5). But if you cast on yourself it works, and you get 500 hp heal, +AP and windseekers blessing is registered.
