Banning in Practice tool?

I filmed a video on my phone, but I literally had to ban 3 champions before being able to pick mine in the practice tool. Idk why that even exist, I mean I picked the enemy champ before it started. Am I banned 3 champs I can't pick or???

This happened to me as well, The last custom match I played was using draft mode. I think the draft mode of custom carried over to the practice tool for some reason.
