Rumble overheat harpoon bug

There's bug where Rumble can cast his harpoon after reaching 100 heat. All he has to do is after reaching 90, cast the harpoon to reach 100 after the harpoon recharges he'll be able to cast the harpoon again while having the basic attack enhancer .

That's entirely intended. Pretty sure the in game spell description in game mentions it as well.

This is how it works and it's only with his e when used this way. The reason for this is it makes his E like it was before he was given ammo for it.
