[GAMEPLAY] after fizz w(charged)+q combo fizz can't auto attack

So after some research and random game play, I might have found a bug. So after hitting a large monster with an auto attack, waiting 2 seconds to get the w charged on the monster, I auto attack it, instantly activate w and use my q on it(w+q). After that, fizz can't auto attack for a longer period of time, than his actual attack speed. how to do it: 1.Auto attack a LARGE monster(not sure about every enemy target, but I've mostly tested on blue buff). 2.Wait 2 seconds for W to charge up on the target. 3.Auto attack again. 1.After the auto attack, instantly activate W(don't auto attack!) and use Q. 3.stand awkwardly while you can't auto attack. Tested on blue buff, should be the same for anything else as well, but might be wrong(too tired to try it now).
