Extrem Rads Error

Soo... Pretty n00bie gurl here, that has no clues on computers. Please help. (Warning Bad English)

What happend: For a years time ago, i choose to uninstall or delete my lol. I dont remember how i did it. But for a half years time ago, i really wanted to start playing agin. It all downloaded fine, but when i had to install it from my files, it starting coming with this note: Rads Erro couldnt connect... So i dropped it and accepted that i couldnt play lol on this computer, for recently i was on my app (9gag) and i saw that someone used it to post problems, stupidly enoff i hadent thought of asking anybody on te internet, so i went googling as good as i could, with my very small skills i went trying out every way i could fine. As you might have guessed it dident work. Am i totally doomed or are there someone there can help me?
