Warwick Missing Basic Attack Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Basically I found I numerous games of Warwick I played that there seemed to be a missing attack every so often and I didn't know why. It seemed weird as I would just auto attack someone and they would die to no animation. So I did some testing;

Step 1: Get about 50% or lower on Warwick Step 2: Hit something, Worked on Champs, jungle and even inhibs Step 3: Look at the 5th auto attack in his attack cycle, theres no animation it just damages.

This happens a lot and for clarity sake it would be good to fix rather than just looking at someone and they seemingly take damage.
