Gameplay - Red Border

Hi

I have been dealing with this "Red Border" issue in game frequently. Notes: I don't have a duo monitor, nor am I running any other programs in background that may cause this to happen in game repeatedly. Nor do I record any game-play.

I have read using F9 to help fix this situation and it does (some of the time). Pressing F9 will make the "Red Border" around the screen go away for maybe up to 1s - 2min and come back for vengeance and when pressing F9 it doesn't want to go away sometimes. I have been experiencing this only on this current LoL Patch 6.19. I have read forums, watched videos, and see if others were having this issue at all during this Patch or Previous Patches.

I had Uninstalled then Re Installed to see if that would fix the situation i am in no luck. I have turned off Laptop and back on started game client as normal and as administrator with no luck. This issue is rather annoying especially when having to deal with team fight situations and the red border just randomly pops up.

I am not sure if this could be a bug or just something im going to have to deal with, but if anyone knows anything about this any tips or tricks to get this fixed would be helpful. If you are experiencing the same problem as I am please tell me why this happens and how often this happens.
