System Error Crash the whole year

This is the first time I've actually gotten the crash dump. Been having to deal with this issue for almost a year. It happens right after Champion Select. Sometimes it'll take just clicking reconnect to log into game. Other times I have to go through this dance of closing the client, restarting, getting another critical error, and repeat until I finally get in.

I don't know if it'll be in this dumb, but I've also had an issue for the past few months where when I open the client and get into a game, the first game of my session has been reset to windowed. I like to play borderless so I'll switch it back, but every day the first game it's always mysteriously switched back to windowed.
