I've had this problem on several occasions. Sometimes selling your boots and then undoing fixes it. If not, try selling -all- your items and undoing. One of the two usually fix the issue.

I'll try that next time. I believe I tried selling and rebuying the components, but that didn't work. Thanks for the advice!
