Played a game of twisted treeline today and you're able to honour only 2 people so if one person gets all the honours quick maths only 2 total. But not for this game, I got 3 honours so either i honoured myself or a bug is there. https://imgur.com/a/vRWMt

If someone honors you from a past game when you in another game it shows up at the end of that game.
I don't think this is a bug. When Honor first came out, some players have said that TT wasn't suited for "get honored by 3 people to get a flair" and Riot has said that they'll address this issue. I have no idea if this was actually addressed (didn't really look for it in the patch notes) so unless you're always honoring people and no more than 2 show up every time but this time, it's not a bug.
Basically, it could be an honor system compensating for this by giving you a third honor, if both of your teammates give you one (to get yourself a flair).
