Can't download the game

I've been playing league of legends for a year, I have it on two computers and it has never once had an RADS error that says "Cannot connect to servers. Please check your internet connection and firewall" I have turned off my fire wall completely, I have restarted my internet. I have searched the forums, I can't even reinstall the game. I can't go to the support page it just gives me an SSL connection error. I have google chrome, I click the download link, it takes me to a blank white page and it'd be done loading. I opened internet explorer and it came up with what is in the picture I have attached. It was working this morning and would open this morning. Now all of a sudden I can't do a thing. Is there any solutions to this? Or Is that literally it for league of legends for me?
