Please help me fix dis,when i login it loads forever and never stops like forever at first it says ''FIRST ATTEMPT 1'' then it loads foooooorever pls help me pls pls pls help [zombie-brand-facepalm]

A friend of mine is having the same issue accept his says cant connect to server and it wont log him in.
