HELP I DIDNT GET A CAPSULE WHEN I LEVELED UP!!!!!!!

i leveled up to 31 and it did the animation and i checked my inventory and i didnt get a fricken capsule from leveling up!, I really want to unlock stuff but i cant now :(,.
