Duskblade of Draktharr BUG

Last game with , 2 times in a row, when i go to my base by using basement skill suddenly new passive of the (revealing the wards) has activated. there were no wards in our base and there were no champs with sight skills like in enemy team. i think there is a bug with this one. Care pls
