[GAMEPLAY] Banner creep attacks inhib tower if brought over by Syndra even though tier 2 is still up
Someone put banner on a cannon creep and Syndra walked over to it, grabbed it with W and brought it over to the inhib tower and shoved it under with E. It started attacking the tower even though we hadn't got the tier 2 lane tower.
Obviously it did 0 damage to the inhib tower.
