Clash doesn't let me create a team

I played all 10 of my ranked(flex) games, and yet i still cant create a team in clash window (ERROR) Finish your ranked placements to play in a tournament I've tried restarting the game, restarting router, restarting computer, login in and out of the platform. I appreciate the help :)

also having this issue, having completed all 10 solo q placement games. also played an 11th, that didn't change it. OCE

Having the same thing happen to me - currently have 12 games played this season in flex queue. Anyone find a fix yet?
