Ranked/Server Going Down

Servers went down yesterday and as a result I was not able to launch my ranked game (I got into champ select and then it said that I couldn't join the game) then I couldn't log back in and riot posted the servers down thing. So I thought it would be a loss prevented because I am in my promotion series but it actually counted as two losses. Please help :)
