Still stuck on honor 2 checkpoint 3 *Maybe bugged*

its been like 5 months since the season started and the honor level has reset and i still didnt get to honor level 3. Im stuck at honor level 2 checkpoint 3 for 5 months.

• Never been banned or chat restricted before plus im not toxic.
• I was honor level 5 at the end of the season.. All my friends are level 4 honor and they play maybe 2 games a week I got honor level 4 on my smurf like 1 month ago which i play maybe 1 game per week...(i play like 5 games a day on this acc) Is this some kind of a bug or something?
