[Gameplay] Vi's Q stopped working towards end of game

I was just having a game with Vi. The latency was horrible, around ~170 throughout the whole game.

Anyway, around the end of the game, after one of the team-fights, my Q stopped working. It was shown in the HUD as ready to be activated, but neither pressing Q nor pressing on the ability with the mouse activated it. Reconnecting resolved the problem (but not the ping :P).

I only got this one screenshot of me hovering the Q button with the mouse.
