I am the owner of my club Caitlyn (NA), and after the patch came out I am no longer the owner anymore. I checked everyone elses status and it seems like all their ranks are the same, but I was demoted to officer.
I logged in just to upvote this. I'm in the same position, and i know alot of other people are. I was the owner of my club ''Only Friendly'', and after this club ''fixing'' update, i can no longer see my club. My club members can still see my account as the club leader, but i don't have the tag ingame. I can't create another club, or leave mine, because well, i am the owner of my already existing (or not?) club. This is really a big problem for me, because i thought it was a really great feature in the game. But appearently it has only got more broken after the ''fixing'' period. Hope RIOT finds another fix soon.
