Attempting to Reconnect

TLDR; No matter what I do, every 30 seconds, my game says, "Attempting to Reconnect," and my champ starts running back to base.

a) It's not my internet (unless Spectrum is throttling). When the issue first started, I tried loading web pages. This worked fine. I then tried doing speed tests/ ping tests. via Ookla and Google Fiber Everything looks great. I tested it running videos at 4k and streaming Twitch (sup BDC) at the same time. It handles this fine. Everything is snappy without any lags.

b) I tried running the hextech repair tool. It didn't work.

c) I tried a fresh install of the game. It didn't work.

d) I literally wiped everything but my private files from the computer (all programs uninstalled but Windows software), and the issue persists.

e) No. I'm not playing on a toaster.

f) Yep. I togged all settings in-client. Framecap, low-spec mode, graphics, resolution, changing several champs, modes, etc.

I'm not sure what else to do. Is anyone else experiencing this? I want to play. Please help. Thanks.

[[UPDATE]] Public wifi works, so maybe it's my ISP
