New Client Malfunction

After I updated my client, and I clicked launch. The new client did open, but it doest display anything, just a blank blue display.

Have you tried restarting it? It could glitch out sometimes. Otherwise, you should report this bug here ( http://pbr.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/ ).
