[Client Issue] Unable to Purchase Champions

Whenever I go to Summoners Profile then select Champions and try to buy a champ, the client just tells me they're "unavailable." It reads "Unlock Champion" (In gray coloring) and the cost for champs are also unknown, read as "??" (For both IP and RP) And wouldn't let me purchase any champs from the store until recently.
