So I don't know if this was intentional on RIOT's part, but currently Quinn's ultimate isn't giving her the proper movement speed. It says in the ability that at ranks 1/2/3, Quinn gets +70/+100/+130 % total movement speed, but at level 18, I had 417 move speed out of ultimate and 711 move speed with ultimate (a +70% increase of total move speed). Does the game have the wrong stats? Or is the game bugged and not giving Quinn her stats?

Zombiemaster1 votesThis is not a bug. Movespeed in this game has a two soft caps, one at 415 and another at 490, and once you reach one of these soft caps, each additional point of MS is less effective.
To be exact, every point of MS after 415 is lowered to 80% effectiveness, and every point of MS after 490 is reduced to 50% effectiveness.
Isodante1 votesVery interesting, never knew this is how the move speed cap worked. Guess its not a bug in all actuality. Definitively misleading for a layperson to look at her move speed stat and expecting it to be 2.3 times larger than its supposed to w/o any knowledge of how the cap worked.
