So I don't know if this was intentional on RIOT's part, but currently Quinn's ultimate isn't giving her the proper movement speed. It says in the ability that at ranks 1/2/3, Quinn gets +70/+100/+130 % total movement speed, but at level 18, I had 417 move speed out of ultimate and 711 move speed with ultimate (a +70% increase of total move speed). Does the game have the wrong stats? Or is the game bugged and not giving Quinn her stats?

Come on Riot, Quinn needs to know who she is!!! Is she a fast bird woman or just like any other bird woman?

This is not a bug. Movespeed in this game has a two soft caps, one at 415 and another at 490, and once you reach one of these soft caps, each additional point of MS is less effective.

To be exact, every point of MS after 415 is lowered to 80% effectiveness, and every point of MS after 490 is reduced to 50% effectiveness.
