[Gameplay] Game randomly switches to windowed mode, all keybindings are off.

About one out of every 3 games since the latest patch, my game randomly switches from borderless windowed mode to windowed mode and all my keybindings become wrong. Left click no longer moves, it pings. Whenever it happens I stop moving and start spamming pings.

It seems to happen in fullscreen as well as borderless. I have a mostly clean install of windows 10 with only league on it and have been playing fine until the latest patch. I am currently unable to play the game because this bug keeps ruining the game for my teamates. The only way to fix it is to close and reconnect to the game.

I have tried reinstalling league and it worked for a few games, but it just happened again. I have also tried uninstalling razer synapse and it did not help either. Resetting windows and resetting nvida graphics options did not help. That's the only thing that could effect league. It is hard to pin exactly what is causing it because it seems to happen at random, once every few games. I have seen a few very old threads reporting the same problem but never saw a specific fix or any updates. Only trend I am seeing is that is seems to happen 20-30 minutes into the game.
