PBE Bug report

Hi, as testing the new rengar i realized at random times of fighting 3 enemy champions, using empowered W or Q (not 100% sure which it was) was causing my volume to skyrocket by about 200%, im sure thats not inteded but idk how to report this to pbe team, so do i place it here?
