Pool Party Ziggs Bug

Played an Aram Match with Ziggs on our Team. Players on the other team asked in All chat if we could see his bomb Animation Ziggs on our team had the Pool Party Skin The Water Balloon Bombs would not appear in anyone's screen but you could see where the bombs splashed.

Attached is not the best screenshot but It could help. You will see his Minefield animation but I am not sure if those are correct. More importantly, If you take a close look over the Inhibitor you can see the animation of the bomb but it lacks the actually bomb.
