Spectating bug

I was spectating a game, and then exited, then i was invited to a normal blind pick, then, when we got to the champ select, it said something like "exit spectate" on the bottom, and had no clock and it wouldnt allow me to pick a champ. dont know how recreateable this is or if it was just me.
