about game error

i was on my promo game at 3 40 or somthing, and I was play game as usual. but suddenly game just stoped and cant do anything . cant lock in , cant pick . everyone just leave the lobby so I did it too because i cant do anything.

and all server is shut down and that game just went lose. and i didnt really deal with my promo and my time.

is there anything that riot help me?

Please use proper tags such as [Client] [Gameplay] or [Crash] so it gets tagged for Riot to see. If it is not done this way there is a good chance your post will just get tossed aside and they wont look into your issue.
