Random Freeze ingame
Idk if this is the correct place to post this but this is what's happened to me the yesterday during a ranked game and today in a norms game.
Ranked Game
- I was playing Ahri, everything was going very well our team was quite far ahead. Then at about the 20-25 min mark or so I hear the windows error chime and the game just freezes in place. I can't alt-tab out or even use the windows key to get out of the screen lock. The only way for me to change it is to press crtl+alt+del which doesn't exit me out of the screen either. If I lock it I still have the screen frozen when I try to log back in. So I decided to restart my laptop which unfortunately took ages and I got Leaverbuster in return.
Norms Game
- I was playing Yas mid this time. Last game went well (no issues with a freeze or whatever) this time I thought everything would be fine but the moment I hit level 5 my game froze again. Just like the previous one I hear the windows error chime. This time however I decided to sign out instead of restart so I was able to get back in before the game could be done with.
Regardless of that idk what's causing this problem at all. I can't really say it's windows when I can play other games for long periods of time without any trouble at all. It doesn't tell me what the problem is exactly because I can't see anything past the frozen screen. What do I need to do here to fix this?
