Mana flow band on Aurelion sol (Gameplay)

starting with the latest patch 9.12 MFB (manaflow band) has not been procing onAurelionSol 's W in both forms. This is causing some damage considering AurelionSoluses a large amount of mana and MFB is one of the few things that help him get through laning phase MFB still procs on both his Q and ult but it takes way to long to get it fully stacked that way. This bug has occur consistently in every game i have used manaflow

Yeah, I also play Aurelion Sol quite frequently and rush Rylai's (relying on mana from manaflow band and biscuits). Recently encountered this bug as well in the latest patch.
