I was playing in a ranked game this weekend and during champ select (new version) the Jax and I swapped champs. I had the Temple Jax skin selected but when we got into game I had the PAX Jax skin. The thing is, I do not own the PAX Jax skin. The Nasus also was equipped with an unowned skin. Not sure how easy this is to reproduce since it is the only time I have swapped champs with the new champ select.

I did the same thing. I picked Pantheon for my duo partner, and he picked me Leblanc. We swapped, I did nothing to any skin selections, but in game I was playing as Mistletoe Leblanc. At the time I did not own any skins for Leblanc.
I thought perhaps I had been mystery gifted that skin but forgot about it, so next game I picked Leblanc myself and tried to change it, but in client it only listed the classic and 2 other locked skins. Mistletoe was not even listed in the possible skins.

He says that if you pick Mecha Khazix, then trade for Twisted Fate, you will be playing as Pax Twisted Fate.
