Banned for 3rd party? But...huh?

I woke up this morning to a ban on my account I've had for years. I play the game rarely, and yesterday I logged in and played a few games. I woke up this morning and you guys said I was using 3rd party tools to cheat and I'm banned. I simply dont do this. Look at my match history and you'll see I barely even win. I play on a Microsoft surface, it gives me game recording options that I dont use. Could this be the issue?

Ive had this account for years and there's no way I can get everything back from it as I dont spend cash on the game anymore. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Submit a ticket to support, Im not sure if this goes under ban appeal or account recovery or both, but ive heard some really bad things about how ban appeals are treated, especially for 3rd party usage. (staff are apparently robots that give the same answer over and over again)

Do you have that custom skins program? That program is banned now.

Looks fine to me match history seems normal I suggest sending a support ticket then if they don't fix it come back here keep i mind it will take a few hours for them to respond maybe even more.

Send a support ticket , I had a similar situation happened with others , they even posted it here on boards
