[gameplay] cannot use skills for several minutes

日本時間2015/2/11（水）18：00にて。

Rankをしている最中に突然全てのスキルが使えなくなり、Dis connectionをしても 数分間使う事ができませんでした。

数分とはいえ、このゲームにおける数分間は非常に長く苦しいゲームでした。

今後このような事がないように切に願います。

While I did Rank, all skills were not usable suddenly and were not able to use it for several minutes even if they did Dis connection.

Despite several minutes, it was a game hard very for a long time for several minutes in this game.
