whats wrong with hextech crafting?

I played almost 20 games these 2-3 days and havent gotten a single key in any of them, I also just bought a new champ and just got an s and it didnt give me a chest even though I had one available, and on the champions section on my profile it says i got the chest for that champ, need help!!!
